Great deadlifting video. I just started doing deads this past year and they are one of my favorite exercises now.

LEG DAY & ABS IM DEAD!

I took two scoops of SPMax today just to see the diffrent in the effect on my pump and energy i must say i think im gonna keep it at two scoops. I know in my video i said one but two is were its at for sure for myself! Sizeon Intra Workout was a must today as well helped me keep my endurance up i had a brutal workout.

I have to give it to superpump and the sizeon this was one of the first workouts ive ever felt a pump in my legs my quads are so trashed right now its freakin awesome!

Im leaving tomorrow jan 7th-10th for my sons birthday so when i get back in town and start working out again ill get back to the post!
