To be honest i really just started doing dead lifts i was not a believer in them because i thought that i had to do them heavy. But im going to get the conventional deads down first before i start messing around with anything else.

Its feeling really good. We worked out for about an hour and a half i think it was a little too long so the pump dwindled off in my back but my for arms and bies are knotted up

Strong work TJB.

I never deadlifted until 2007. There were never really a part of a lot of the Weider routines back in my day. I love them now though. They have really done a number on my traps.

I love doing them now i wanna be a monster and dl like 700+lbs at 200 i think that may be a goal in the next few years.
