^^ Snap, with the calories; I did a count about 9 years ago just to see where I was, then when I started weight training, I just let the body dictate what it needed...which just seemed to be non-stop eating

Yeh its always served me well, but then i have pretty much been just trying to add weight for the last couple of years. if i gained it too fast i just stripped the amount of meals back.

As much as i bang on about diet being key, mine has never really been fantastic, BUT that is gonna change

I guarantee it's better than mine; a typical midday meal, 4 slices bread filled with roast beef (that's the normal sized slices, none of that mini-bread 50 calorie stuff) followed by a whole family sized lemon drizzle cake...what can I say, I was hungry; mind you, I tended to follow it with a "never again!". Not even sure how many calories I was eating at times, just that it was a lot and I was getting slimmer and heavier.

The cheat meal, which was an additional meal to the normal daily intake, was a full sized lemon meringue pie...one spoon, one pie, and ME

hmmmmmm I love cake and triffle, i can easily do a 'family' triffle in one sitting on my own

My diet is normally along the line of

6:00 Train
7:00 Shake
9:00 Sandwich (Chicken)
12:00 Sandwich (Chicken)
3:00 potato and meat or subway
6:00 Shake
8-9:00 evening meal... whatever

works ok, and i just drop carbs if i want to lose weight
