Thanks, guys. Hoping that the GMs will transfer to my squats and DLs. I don't know how much of an indicator exercise it will be, so I'll have to test that out soon.

DE bench. For today's dynamic effort, I kept the weight low, and really worked on form. I am hoping to buy a cam soon and start posting videos to see if my form is getting any better. My training buddies are helping, but I'm the most critical.

GOOD NEWS!!!!! WENT TO THE DOCTOR TODAY FOR MY SCAN RESULTS...I'M ALL CLEAN!!! NO MORE CANCER!!!

DB rotator cuff rotations:
There's lots of "clicking" in my rotation, don't know what that's about.
15 x 8 x 3 sets

DB shoulder press:
30 x 8
60 x 13
65 x 7
70 x 6

Lying DB lateral raises:
20 x 8 x 3 sets

EZ bar reverse curls:
50 x 15
50 x 10
50 x 6

Circa-max squat. Today is the end of a mini-cycle involving a low box, some heavy bands, and one mofo willing to get under the bar. All the lifts were done in Inzer briefs.

Low box squats:
135 x 8
225 x 5
225 + heavy bands x 2
275 + heavy bands x 1
315 + heavy bands x 1
345 + heavy bands x 1
365 + heavy bands x 1
225 + heavy bands x 8

Speed pulls:
135 x 3
225 x 2
315 x 2 x 4 sets

Leg curls (one leg at a time):
Half-rack x 10 x 3 sets
