Had not done any front squats in a while. I figured let's see if I can get a 1-rep max. Also, added some biceps on max effort SQ/DL day to strengthen things up.

Front squats:
135 x 6
225 x 5
275 x 3
295 x 1 (PR)
245 x 5

One-legged leg curl :
90 x 8
180 x 8
230 x 6

Hack squat calf raises:
270 until fail
360 until fail
360 until fail

Farmers walk:
100 pds DB 3 sets until fail

DB Preacher curls:
35 x 8
45 x 5
45 x 5
