It's 40 degrees celsius today! Was gonna train, but having to go outside to use the Savickas is turning me right off it!

Western Australia. It regularly gets above 40 for days at a time. This summer is no exception, unfortunately.

Have you done any bench pressing with the savikas? btw, from the looks of your vids you're holding the 300lb bw well. Keep up the good work brotha.

Thanks for the kind words buddy.

Nope, I need a second bench I can drag outside to do that. Am looking around for one at the moment... and a punching bag.

I'm front squatting 40 kilos for sets of 8-10 at the moment, so that plus my BW equals (as Carl has put it): A heavy fkn squat! But I'm still a virtual novice with pretty crappy form; will nail it in 2011 for sure.

It was always my intention to use the Savickas for testing my 1RM, but I've since had a mate over to spot me and have hit 130 kilos for 1 rep, followed by 120 kilos for 2. That was over a month ago.

If the guy wasn't so busy with work and study, I'd have him round more often!

Default I Have Rested Enough

Tomorrow it's time to get back on the iron. It will have been 7 days since I last did a workout. Now I just need to decide which routine to do... and resist the urge to train chest. I always want to train chest, even when I know it's dangerous to do solo.

Yeah. Either Legs, Traps and Forearms of Arms and Shoulders - both requiring the Savickas. It's going to be hot tomorrow, but not stoopid hot (33 degrees C forecast).

You mean from a spotting standpoint, or do you have an old injury that flares up?
