cup mixed nuts, dried fruit and oats

Snack
50 grams unsalted peanuts
1 small red apple

Lunch
3 kangaroo sausages (195 grams total cooked weight)
2 eggs fried
1 medium sized tomato
mushrooms saute with tabasco sauce
3:00 PM
Pre-workout
1 strong coffee

3:15 PM Training - Arms (bi/tri jump set) and Shoulders

DB Overhead press (weight per dumbbell)
10 reps @ 30 kgs 66.1 lbs PR!!

It was just miserable outside, as I've mentioned, so I scrapped the Savickas press and picked up my 30s - and I was very glad I did! Hadn't performed DB O/H press in quite a while... That 1st set is my best ever O/H press: it beats my previous figures using DBs, Military BB and Savickas.

But that wasn't the highlight of the day; tri-pushing EVEN MORE weight, for EVEN MORE reps than last time (which was just 6 days ago) AND no pain!! Normally my left elbow and/or the knuckles of my right hand complain after this particular workout (and I've prevented this from occurring as much as possible, hence my arms training is so sparse) but today there was no issue.

Not to mention curling 30s for the first time ever and making a solid 5 reps per arm with solid form. Today was AWESOME!!

Thats a strong workout mate... very strong arms !!! Curling 30kg is just amazing, I think i do that on the BB and struggle lol
