40 grams (1 scoop) soy protein isolate - choc flavour
30 grams frozen egg white
1 medium sized banana
cup mixed nuts, dried fruit and oats
1 cup honey oat milk
1 cup ice
2 fish oil tablets

Snack
50 grams unsalted peanuts
1 small red apple

Lunch
4 kangaroo sausages (260 grams total cooked weight)
6:00 PM
Snack shake
40 grams (1 scoop) soy protein isolate - choc flavour
1 cup A2 milk
1 cup ice
with Bushels chicory mix

Cheat meal
12 blocks cadbury chocolate
10:00 PM
Dinner
380 grams (total cooked weight) lean rare steak

The only thing I am not going to attempt to draw is the 3-directional swivel. I figure everybody knows what it is I'm looking for, and a hardware store should have the item, or something similar enough.

Unfortunately I won't be doing myself - not handy enough with the welder! But I have met a guy who is. He's visiting this friday to examine the Iron Pit and see exactly what I'm talking about.

Once this thing is built, it might even be worthwhile selling the design...
