My log is the one place I don't mind clutter, oddly enough. If I want concise info on my progress I have a spreadsheet to refer to, and paper log besides.

GRADE: B
A mixed bag today. I just didn't have the strength right off the bat for an OHpress PR, it was weird. I could manage only 3 reps first off. I rested and tried again @ same weight, and could only manage 1!! FAIL.

For future reference:
The triceps pushdown outside is NOT to be performed using my chains. I don't know if the contraption is rusted and that's why there's so much resistance, but with the chains I felt very little tricep manipulation. It's now only ever to be used with the lat pulldown bar!

Despite this I made some good progress in most other areas.

Good points:
Major increase in weight on the French press, as per usual. I've been upping the weight by 5 kilos each time, and now I've come close to my limit. I reckon 40 kilos will be the weight for next Arms session, and will keep the rep range around 8-12 (15 is not ideal, it's just what I've found I can do each time).

15 kilo DB forward raises felt STRONG! As did the pinwheels. I will have some vids to come (just for a laugh, mostly). Due to the bigass plates on my DBs, plus the size of the gut I have to move them around, this exercise always feels a little awkward to me.
