Preworkout 6 Mins heart rate from 140-148.
I had my mom taste my K-Otic, she said it taste like a sweet tart. Idk what kinda sweet tarts she eats. I had my dad to go and taste it, he smelt it and told me I was f*cken crazy, he woulda probably puked. Anyways I downed that, then had some BCAA's with my workout. I got a slight tingle, energy was decent, can't complain.

Ya the K-O tastes bad. It does grow on ya. I have been using it for a few months now and the taste does seem as bad as the first time.
I am a big coffee drinker(off cutting) and I used to use caffeine tablets to I don't get a buzz like some people but I can definitely tell when I don't take it. Especially now on low carb's for cutting.

Made sure I went down farther than ever, slow and controlled.
Leg Press(Time was short, rested 30 seconds inbetween sets)
(Ran to the toliet after this. didnt puke but I felt like it, screw short resting times)
(Ran to toliet, actually threw up some, my heart rate wouldnt come down past 145ish)
Didnt do last set, I didnt feel like throwing up :(
Pre workout 15 minutes, highest heart rate 149, lowest was around 140.
Took a scoop of K-Otic, Idk if this is what makes me feel like puking and keeping my heart rate up.. Im thinking about giving it away if it does this to me again.
