Notes:
Took 2 rezolution pills, and about 3/4 scoop of Hemo Rage Black. I felt really good and energized. I am doing perfect form on everything now, slow and controlled. I here gurantee myself a winner for this transformation contest when I get my pictures in, I am pushing myself like no other. My grip also started failing me on about my 3rd set of WGPU's, forearms are still tight right now.

Good job Taylor. Deads are looking really strong. Keep up the hard work. I declare maybe you'll be in the top 3 of the transformation contest with me and ripper. Gotta get my pics up. A bit hesitant about it though since I still resemble John Candy.

Notes
Pretty great workout. Took 2 rezolution pills before and a little K-otic with more water for the taste. Changing things up some and resting a lot shorter between my more repped sets so its harder to do the same amt of reps. We'll see how it goes.

Crushed it.

What type of progressional approach do you use, meaning do you try for more reps on every set, or other?

Im trying to use less rest time because I have ALWAYS taken long breaks, Ive noticed strength goes down but I feel a better pump and hopefully shocks the body to growing a little bit.
