Notes:
Took a scoop of K-Otic, felt nothing much. After/during my deadlifts, I felt like complete CRAP. I felt nauseated and really tired/drained. My heart rate wouldnt go lower than 125 during resting. I still had rows to do but I couldnt, my body was dead

Sleeping schedule is getting bad again, woke up at 3 PM! My god I slept like a baby LOL. Only got in 10 minute MIT/HIT preworkout cardio in.

Took 2 Rezolution pills 30 minutes before my workout. Then about 10 minutes before I took a scoop of Hemo Rage Black Ultra. I felt strong and good throughout my workout, and sitting here typing this, I feel like the F*CKING MAN!
