Notes
Felt pretty good on squats. Some of them where a b!tch to get up but I did. I am working out going down slow to make sure I know where to stop and explode up.
Cardio today was also awesome, I will post my cardio in my Rezolution Log also. Took a scoop of K-Otic.. Cant say it did much, but it did wake me up a lil more because I was a lil tired before starting.

Cardio 30 minute fasted AM cardio. More details in other log.

Thanks guys. Im really trying to work on depth. It feels like my body wont go any lower than what it is now. I will video some footage and its deffinately a little past parallel.
