I turn my back for a few days and BTB is busting out 20 rep squats AND 20 rep deads. Awesome, absolutely awesome. I have nothing to say, but, "Somebody beat those Packers!"

Thanks.. No way I will ram out 315x20 on squats any time soon. But hopefully I can catch Trevor in 2011.

Workout Time: 74 minutes

Workout Grade: B+

Hit a 20 rep deadlift PR, but man did it zap my energy. Lifting was a grind after that, even though I was nailing PRs. Real pleased with creeping up on dips. Time to get a dipping belt. Also smashed an one arm overhead dumbbell press PR. Bam!

Off to eat and be with wife and kids. Here's the scoop.
