Workout Grade: A+

Bam! Nice little crushing session today. Hit PRs on everything, and accidentally used 105 for weighted situps instead of 85. So it goes. Felt my abs growing on the spot. Yeah buddy!

Eating some hash brown taters with chicken, salt, pepper and hot peppers. you have no idea how good this tastes. It really makes a cutting diet easy like Sunday morning.

Rocking weight, chowing food.

Added 10 pounds to 20 rep squats thinking they would be easy. Sweet Alabama, they were hard. I need to stick to 5 pounds a week.

Video was cool too. Interesting to see what others are using. No Arginine and Brta Alanine 6 times a day? Not sure I could handle the tingling all day.

Thanks Bam! Geezers rules.

The worst part of beta alanine for me is accidentally burping up a half digested capsule. When that happens it lingers in my sinuses for 3 hours.

Thanks Rich. My training motivation is always fueled by the thought that a big meal is coming as a reward when finished, even if it's taters and chicken.
