I've already been thinking about how I'm going to maximize squats within this program, and get my numbers back up. I have a plan of attack that will have me back to 300 like a bullet train.

I am a logger, I log everything on paper and on the computer. I am wanting to see progression daily and weekly. Even if it is one pound or one rep, I want to try to keep moving forward. That is where tracking your tonnage can be helpful. One thing I have noticed in a lot of folks on the internet is they interpret "instinctive training" to mean absolutely no plan or record. They then wonder why they are not seeing any gains. How can they if they have nothing to compare against? My personal logs hold me accountable to myself, my forum logs hold me accountable to others.

Logging my workouts has been one of the best things I've done for myself.

Aside from being accountable to myself it is a record to look back at and fine tune where I need to. In fact I just bough a new journal to log this new program. I plan to stay on this program with minor changes for 2011.

Makes no difference to me. I just want my former strength numbers back.

No more looking back. I'm moving forward. I'll have a vid of that 300 soon.

I did a 45lb workset increase last year in 12 weeks. I need to do some math on this and figure out my target date to squat 300 for a rep.
