Great workout GL. I'm learning a lot from the comments you're making about finding your weights and how you're progressing. Keep up the good work!

I have no doubt J. Once you work into the flow of your program your going to come back fast. Your momentum will build and you will put some weight back on the bar. I think your really going to like this.

Thanks Rich. I have a plan of attack in mind for my squats to get to some bigger numbers faster. Weekly microloading is the plan for a little while. I'll work up to 12reps at my current weight, and then take a small weight increase.

Of course with this set rep scheme an extra rep is a microload.

Great squatting, gl. I don't know if I'll be able to keep up. I tried another 225 single on Friday, and it only served to prove that I don't belong there yet. Keep it up. Your log only serves to motivate me, not demoralize me.

Default Monday Dec 20th

YEA! It's Monday which means it's time to lift for another week!!

Ok, feeling a little too beat, and not quite 100% recovered from last weeks work. I've answered my question I had last week about whether I need to go light on the midweek. YES!!

I have already found out what it means to dig myself into a whole with months on end of heavy work.

I have to stop a minute with my rambling, and say a huge thank you to the members of Muscle and Brawn.

Several months back I dug myself into a hole with my workouts, and had to lay up for awhile. In that time I made a few attempts to start back and my body just wasn't ready. Add in some personel Family issues that occupied my time, and I was a ghost around here.

You guys never gave up on me, and have showed the kind of support that is appreciated beyond what words can convey. I think of a lot of you as close friends, and we have never even shaken each others hand or had a meal together.

I was beat today, but the training partners I have here pushed me to complete what was a damn hard session to get through, no matter how much fun I was having.

Thinking of so many of you getting ready for your upcoming show, and all the hard work your doing made me push through it. The whole Team Ohio getting ready to go kick some ass. Val, and my squat challenge. Jslep, with my quote in his signature line, and so many others.

Thanks, Jeff
