The Abyss, wasn't that a horrible underwater movie from before Coop was even born?

You will have those up to 250 sooner than you think. Keep it up GL, let's show the kid what working sets are all about.

Okay dammit im gonna come on strong now gonna squat 200x10 to make you have to go 300x10 lol, I still go you in 1rm haha went to a friends and didnt plan on lifting but i did 285x1 deep

dang i have a feeling you will beat me on squats since im just now using 8-12 reps but by march i will be hauling atleast 250x8

I've done 300x1, and after that continued to work my worksets higher than when I went for my 1 rep max. Muscle memory is on my side, as well as the knowledge how to lift efficiently.

Remember, youth and energy are no match for age and experience.
