Notes: Well what to say i think they were about to film a commercial in the gym it was packed cameras were everywhere gosh i couldnt do but a few things.

Squat-125x10/10/10

Deadlift-135x10(forgot only supposed to do 5)/135x5/185x5(felt off today maybe all the ppl around)

Bhp-70x10/10/10

Did as much as possible i was pretty pissed when i left, and the new workout partner starts wednesday i have to reply in my workout partner thread

should i pay my gym fee 30$ and workout a week or so or wait until we go pickup my equipment and just do BW until then
