SO's Steve Reeve Inspired Full Body Log
 
This log will be my run at the Classic Routine from bodybuilder Steve Reeves as part of the MAB Classic Routine competition. Here goes nothing...

Squats-
125x8
125x8
125x8 went insanely deep, never been this deep before, awesome!

BB Rows-
75x8
75x8
75x8

BTN Press-
65x8
65x8
65x8 these felt great, really felt it in the delts

Bench- all the benches were taken so i had to do DB
35'sx8
35x8
35x8

BB Curl-
30x8
30x8
30x8

Dips-
BWx5
BWx4
BWx5 only did three sets so i can build up next week. form was off anyways i need to work on that

Didn't have time for calves but i'll hit them next time

All in all great first workout, I felt awesome through the whole workout! :march::march::march:

great start SO, i will be starting this tomorrow probably, i made a thread about it im trying to decide, one more 5/3/1 cycle or starting steve reeves, great first workout for you bro

i loved this routine, its gonna be awesome once the weights go up. i'd say choose this
