Looks good SO. I think we all crushed dips today. I went for 50 and could really feel them in my chest.

What do you think you could do rep wise at this weight if you just went for the 12 right here? Don't do that but just as an estimation. At the absolute most I would go up a whole rep each set, each session. You will only be able to do this for a few weight jumps though.

Nice job!

Good plan here. You could just keep your bench 20lbs heavier than your delts, and then stop adding weight when your bench is at BW. Then allow Pressing to move past or equal. Just some thoughts, your working fine and doing well.

BB Curl-
40x8
40x8
40x8

Very nice work here! Your really adding the reps.

Very nice SO!! With how well you have been working this, you will see some results happening in short order.

How are you feeling over the weekends? Worked but better on Monday? Still a bit drained on Monday?

I've been feeling great so far. Not tired at all on the weekends. I honestly feel like I could do this program 5x a week! Once the weights go up I'm sure that will change

Perfect SO. Your right, your not going to be able to climb that ladder as fast down the road. There are a some ways to handle that though. We'll talk.
