Carl.
thanks guys, the support helps alot.

I've got my head on straight now, no more missing workouts. I'm excited about every workout.

I've always wanted to try drinking a gallon of milk a day to help with weight gain but could never afford buying a gallon a day/my mom wouldn't let me. Next year i'm living in my frat house and we get a ridiculous amount of milked stocked in our fridge every week and noone drinks it, so i'm definitely gonna be doing that. I'm ready to hit some big numbers very soon

Nice. I wish I was young and could try GOMAD. All I could do back in the day was mac & cheese and powdered milk

I'm baaaaaaaaaack!

The beginning of school this year has been crazy, so much schoolwork and so much stuff to do so I haven't been getting to the gym at all but i'm starting up again. Here was the first workout:

Squats-
135x10/10/10

BTN Press-
65x10/10/8

DB Rows-
35x10/10/10

Bench Press-
85x10/10/10

Barbell Curls-
40x10/10/10

Dips-
BWx5/5

Was shot at this point so I stopped dips short, will add a set every workout until I hit 5. Feels good to be back in the gym!
