great workout. pretty psyched about hitting 3x12 on BTN presses!
Keep comin on strong bro, i gotta catch you in dips now that i have a dip station

Pre-workout Supps: Kre-Alkylyn

Squats-
135x12
155x12 +2 reps
170x8

i hit the extra two reps but i really was not feeling squats today. my knees were aching a bit. should i be doing a warmup before this? like 5 minutes on the bike or something to loosen my knees up?

Deadlift-
155x5
205x5
265x5

Standing BTN Press-
75x12
80x8 +5 lbs
80x8 +5 lbs

Bench-
100x8 +5 lbs
100x8 +5 lbs
100x8 +5 lbs

felt great, slowly increasing this

BB Curl-
50x11
50x11 +1 rep
50x11 +1 rep

Dips-
BWx13/8/5/5/5 Total: 36 PR

probably shouldve stopped the first set at 10 but i was on a roll and the low reps on bench today allowed for higher numbers here, pretty psyched about this

Post-workout Supps: MGN Whey Protein, Glyco-Maize, Kre-Alkylyn

Strong deads Strkout. It won't be long until you're pulling 3 wheels on each side.

Congrats on the dips PR.

Pre-workout Supps: Kre-Alkylyn

Squats-
135x12
155x12
170x10 +2 reps

Squats felt much better today

BB Rows-
85x12
90x10 +2 reps
90x10 +2 reps

feeling good with rows, these will be higher very soon

Standing BTN Press-
75x12
80x10 +2 reps
80x8

Bench-
100x10 +2 reps
100x10 +2 reps
100x8

felt great

BB Curl-
50x12 +1 rep
50x12 +1 rep
50x12 +1 rep

bi's were very pumped, upping this to 60 next week since the curl bars go up in 10 lb increments

Dips-
BWx10/5/5/5/5 Total: 30

extra reps on btn press and bench brought these down a smidge
Post-workout Supps: MGN Whey Protein, Glyco-Maize, Kre-Alkylyn

Solid work SO. How are you feeling during the sessions? Do you feel a lot better than you did a month ago as far as conditioning goes?
