Hello everyone, I'm French and I'm from competitive powerlifting for 4 years.

I am 29 years old, 6'0 ", 189 lbs

I rest one week before starting the program again by Bill Starr adapted by Glen Pendlay

Thank you for your welcome, Bill Starr is my favorite program for training, I got good results with last year, in strength and mass gain!
I started a first round of 9 weeks I have just completed the same program again by Bill Starr Glen Pendlay. The difference is that you load 5X5 pendan 4 weeks to complete an increase of force in 3X3 for 5 week.
Because now back at my best shape since my last vacation, I still want to pick up weight and fight in all my best performance.
