Hi, Let me introduce myself
I'm 30 years old, and have done 2 sanctioned meets. My best lifts are 380 squat (SSA) 250 bench (WNPF) 485 dead (SSA)
I was introduced to this forum by Tony who I often lift with, I'm trying to keep up with the big man.
