I dont know about hacks or leg presses, If I do them its gotta be LIGHT I mean Light..enough to just stretch it out..Ya know, I dont wanna be out of the game forever.

It was so friggen scary, When I pulled half way up I heard a LOUD boom in my pelvic area andd then my right side went limp, Then my leg started thumping..I was fucken Scared

I would just stick with leg extensions. No reason to make it worse.

Tuesday, day of glory!

1) wide grip pull ups + 45lb plate - 10x5
2) rope pull ups- 3x5
3) hammer grip pull ups-3x5
4) wide grip pulldowns - weight varied from light to the whole stack - 5x5-15
5) flat bar cable curls- weight varied from 60 to 150 @ 10x8-15
6) preacher curls - 55x12/12/12
7) reverse grip cable curl - 60x12/12/12
8) leg extensions with both legs 115x5x20 leg extension with one leg sets- 50x5x12-15
9) sitting calf raise - 100x5x25
10) full incline walk/run on treadmill @ 15 mins

Thanks guys, It was awesome. I love doing pull ups more then ever now, Seems that they have been making my back stronger then ever, Esp adding weight to the belt..Finishing off the pull up session with wide grip pull downs with nothing but awesome form also just finishes the job. Plus it seems the pull up have been helping with bicep growth, well that and a ton of food ha!

Living off leg extensions and calf raises right now has been boring but I did so much last night that I woke up with sore ass legs! I think doing the incline walk/Run also helps in keeping my legs from shrinking up..Saturdays after my Forward Dips/Weighted Dips Session I walk up hill full incline with 30-35lbs in my pack for 25mins, My legs feel trashed!

Anyways..Today its all about food and then a nap.. Diet planned out for today and already had

1) Woke Up - 7 slices Lean Turkey bacon and 4 Eggs+ 4 half peaches slices + Bucket of water
2) 2 hours later - Lunch - 1 sirloin Steak + 3 cups brown rice + Water
3) NAP TIME
4) Snack - 1 50 gram protein shake + 1 pb and J on Whole grain + Water
5) 2 or 3 Cans Of Tuna ( Depends on how hungry I am + 3 cups Brown Rice + Apple + Water
6) 1 / 12inch Cold Cut Combo from Subway on Wheat bread + Water

I am taking in about 16 glasses of water a day - 2 jugs that hold 8 glasses at a time
