Monday- Did Pause Benches today, First time I did them and I liked them..I couldnt use really heavy weight. If you don't know what they are here is a example - You bench down till it almost touches your chest and you hold it there till it burns and try to go a couple secs past that point and then you press..Repeat

1) Flat Pause Bench Press
205x5
205x5
205x5
185x5
185x5
190x3
200x4
210x2
185x5
185x3

My chest was actually toasted after this..

2) Incline Deep push ups
3x20

3) Chest Dips- deep and slow and spaced pause holds
3x15

4) DB FLyes/ Deep Wide Push ups with pause holds
DB Flyes- 30x3x12
PU-3 x 10

5) Ezcurls/Bench Dips SS
85x10/100x4x5
Bench Dips-5x20

6) DB Hammer Curls/DB Kick Backs SS
DB-35x3x12
KB-20x3x12

Yeah we got lots of people who walk around wearing TapOut tshirts who do a BJJ class once a month maybe. I think I got lucky with the place I train at, the two owners of the gym (they are brothers, one is Muay Thai champion, he still fights on an international level and the other is a BJJ champion who also competes on an international level, as well as in MMA). These guys can walk the walk, if people here want to be fighters, they get trained like it, we have quite a few competitive fighters too. But we do get lots of people who just come along, but hey they pay for the equipment lol. They run different classes, and only some people can come to the fighters and advanced classes.
