Default Dmaipa- shred lab

Starting a new log since the last one was for bulking and this one is for shredding up! My bulk was successful. Had a gain of 24 lbs and finally got pass the 200lb mark. First time ever. Now it;s time to start preparing for the show in April.

WORKOUT SPLIT:
Monday: Chest, Calves
Tuesday: Back, Abs
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Arms
Sunday: Off

MONDAY - CHEST/CALVES

Incline Bar Press

Incline DB Flyes

45 x 12
50 x 10

Flat HS Chest
2 PL x 12

Cable Cross Overs

Donkey Calf
