Thanks guys the legs are feeling it today. But thanks to Anabolic Rehab I'm able to walk still haha. Just finished my shoulder workout. Will post my workout later

did some shrugs at the end.

felt really good today and took advantage of the high. my mind pushed my body through the workout. I'm finding that its all about have a strong positive mind and been working on visualization. some deep stuff.
