Thanks big guy, been doin cardio the pass two weeks..main thing im feeling is a little flat somedays. i'm cycling carbs now and only having two high days during the week..thank god tomorrow is a high day - LEG DAY!

THURSDAY - LEG DAY

Front Squat
185 x 12
225 x 8
225 x 8
185 x 10, 135 x 10

Leg Extensions
4 sets of 10-12

Smith Machine Squat- leg press was taken and there was no way i was gonna do regular squats FST-7 style.
I put 185 on the bar and did 7 sets of 10-12 reps with 30 sec rest in between...had to collect myself after all that crap

Seated Leg Curls
4 sets of 10-12

RDL
4 sets of 10-12

Those rest pause Smith squats are close to a full GVT workout. Great effort.
