yea the inclines pretty much made the rest of the workout feel like my chest was gonna explode!

haven't been logging my workouts in here lately..my bad on that. but workouts have been going great. im just gonna log what i did today.

CHEST/BI's

Incline Barbell Press:
2 warm-up sets
185 x 12
225 x 10
245 x 6, 185 x 5, 135 x 8

HS Chest Press:
4 sets of 8-12 reps

DB Chest Press:
80 x 12
90 x 10
100 x 9

Cable Cross Overs:
FST-7

Alt. DB Bicep Curls:
3 sets of 8 - 12 reps

DB Preacher Curl (single arm)
3 set of 8 - 12 reps

Standing Cable Double Bicep Curl:
FST-7 only did 5 sets cause my biceps were done!
