Absolutely awesome! I needed to see that. I want so badly to do that too. It looks like you and I are in the same boat. I tried hanging one day last week, and couldn't. Nothing really helps with the pain. I've tried all of that as well Val.

I really miss being able to overhead press a loaded bar. I've still got a few ideas on how to attack this. If one way doesn't work, I've two more plans.

My issues are superficial compared to what you have been through. Mines merely a fleshwound.

Saturday the 27th.

Clean and press empty bar for warmup 20 reps

squats 3x10@135 120 reps for the week
supersetted 25lb pullovers. this is always case, just not written down

Wide grip pullups, Bulldozer. 3/3/3/3/3/5

Dips BW 15/5

BHNP 45lb bar 3x10


quick session to finish the week out.

Weights go up next week on squats.
add weight to the bar for BHN presses.
clean and press is being added and weight will be used. Start light and work up.

I literally asked for it Rich. A couple of pages back I wrote that I don't want any atta boys. I've got some work to do, and I'm not happy were I'm at.

I do them standing. I used to always clean the bar as well. I'm going back to that method.

yeah i cleaned the weight up then push pressed it up to lockout then did by 5 BTN reps, i liked it alot
