Lately I have been training 6-7 times a week, with 2 a days on a few days, so this is a shock to me

My body has been great, but I have been starting to get worn down if I am busy outside of the gym. I think 5/3/1 will be a lot better for me in the long run. And will also help me to hit my powerlifting goals

Military Press

I wanted 12 on this but I am satisfied with 11, these felt awesome!

Dips
BW x 10, 10, 12, 12, 15

Pull ups
BW x 5 sets x 10 reps

Cable Lateral Raise
30x2x12

Bicep Curls 2x15 not sure what weight I did

Overall a really great workout, I am just kinda concerned about deadlifts tomorrow. My legs are still really sore, but I am hoping they are better by tomorrow. I can push it back to saturday, but I would rather not do that. I think I will just go in and crush it!

thanks guys tomorrow is deadlift day, and I am excited. I have some soreness in my legs still but I am hoping it is gone when I wake up tomorrow. I will take some extra time to warm up tomorrow and make sure I am loose.
