i had tweaked mine a bit on my last de squat/dead day when i did some asc. work with wide stance stiff leg deadlifts... but ended up getting real loose before my next max effort squat day

that is good, I feel as though this is just a very minor tweak. I think it would be fine if I were lifting heavy next week, but it is a deload week, which is even better to just let my hammies recover and get some extra rest

absolute best time for a deload. My hamstring has been super tight all day long but who cares, it will heal. Time to rest.

Post Work workout at 12:40 am, hell yea!

Speed Bench Press
115x10x3 w/ average bands
varying grips close and wide

Pretty awesome, but I am going to bed now, working late on friday nights is gonna suck

Solid Squat Progression! Tweaked my hammy a little bit yesterday, just massage it and roll it out. Use the R.I.C.E. method if after 2days if it doesn't feel better.
