Took these out this week, probably keep them out too.

Comments:

Pretty strong session I upped the weight in everything.

Also I went for a sprinting session before hand at a nearby track, well about 1km away, so jogged there and then did some warm-ups etc and sprints and back to do me weights Didn't do abs today will do tomorrow, I did enough today! lol
