I missed it about 4 weeks ago (455 box squat) ... before that my highest pr was 425x2.... the free squat was about 20 lbs. but it had been awhile since i free squated

hahahahahh that sucked bro... was punishment for not hitting 495 for a double on the high box squat... i will do that every workout that I miss a squat... wanna get thirty... had it this time but i couldnt stand the back pumps anymore
