I'm right there with you. Something I did take from Zane's "book" is that doing something simple like bike/elliptical and treadmill starting at 10 minutes on each per session and working your way up will really help in losing the fat and the bike/elliptical will improve the conditioning on your legs a lot. I'm trying to do 3 days a week also, I hate cardio but it is a must. Keep pushing man!
