diets suck!!!!!!

i made all the food then had to watch everyone eat it. i ate at 3, 6, and 9 and each time i allowed myself one small spoonful of stuffing and potato's. and if i took small enuff bites it would take two bites instead of one to get it down. but i did eat three big slabs of turkey breast which were delicious.

i managed to make it through the day not putting on a pound. how did you do?

I maintained weight. I got hungry later in the day, but chewed on gum and had chicken with a bit of salsa to hold me over.

Hit a fullbody and felt strong on all lifts. Lowered my squat weight so I could hit 20 reps. Now that I can hit 20, I am going to build up the weight when possible.

Thanks GL. I was really happy about hitting a 20 rep squat set. Even though the weight felt really light, by rep 12 my brain kept screaming quit.

I turned the clock around so I wouldn't be concerned with workout length and just did the work.
