Trying a few lower cals starting tomorrow. Weight has stalled for the last 5 days.

Was lacking motivation after our family voyage to Wal-Mart. It was like a circus today without the tent.

Decided to just crush pushing lifts. My entire upper body feels full.

Cardio: None, except for 8 miles of walking around Wal-Mart
