Journey To A Natural Pro Card

I'm new to the forums. Welcome to my training log.

Stats: 5'9, 160-165
Goals: Natural pro card in the short-term (next 2-3 years is the goal); this log will be focused on that goal. This log will not end until I get it!

Currently I'm recovering from a knee surgery, so the weights won't be TOO heavy in here (yet), but they'll get there soon. I expect to be lifting "heavy" within a month at worst, so I figured it was about time for a log. Plus this will help me to journal my progress.

Here's a bulking progress vid I took recently:

Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to seeing your progress. I'm competing for the first time myself in 2011.

Are you looking at competing next year?

Probably in spring 2012. I have to see how my quads develop before making a final decision though. Due to my knee surgery, one is currently atrophied.

Can you embed youtube vids on here?

Yes. All you have to do is place the Youtube URL in a post and it auto-embeds.

Thanks! I shouldn't need the luck if I work hard enough :).

Keep on fighting and good luck! In for the log.

I go back to see my doctor in a couple days; should definitely be interesting to see what he says considering my progress has stalled the last week. Hopefully if I have to do a manipulation to get ROM back, it at least goes well. Next few days will be very interesting. I'll probably go in and do shoulders/lats tomorrow, and then probably arms Monday before I go to the doctor.
