Wednesday Leg Day Bodybuilding Style
I have not done a leg workout like this in over year, I will probably not be able to walk tomorrow. Stretching session tonight.

Squats 5/3/1 Week 2, 3s

450x8 PR
Squats are still going great! I love squatting right now

Hack Squats

Dropset
180x8 deep!
These felt good, took all the stress off my biceps and shoulders, I need to get more comfortable with the machine

Quad Extension (assuming these are ten pound stack plates)

200x8
I was surprised how strong I felt on these since I have not done them in probably a year.

Stiff Legged Deadlifts
135x10
205x10
275x10
Kept it light on these, since I was tired and have not done them in a while. Next time I will go much heavier.

Great workout, my legs feel awesome and tired. Tomorrow will be rough.

All of these were done with really good form, except where I added the cheat reps on 245, I going to continue to use good form on this lift, because it felt a lot better on my back muscles

Really focused on squeezing my back muscles and getting a good stretch at the top felt great!

Also did some ab circuits that are set up at the gym, which are decline sit ups, twist machine, and the ab coaster.

I had a great workout today, I really enjoyed this one. I love crushing back. I was sweating like a pig today, the intensity was way up, short rest periods and high reps equals sweaty man!

Thanks Steve, I really like the new approach, I am able to focus on different muscles and hopefully bring up some of my weaknesses.

I think this was a good switch for me both physically and mentally. It is a good break from doing low reps with a ton of weight. so far, so good
