I am going to be crazy sore tomorrow, but I tried to combat that by eating a ton tonight, hopefully it helps because I gotta hit shoulders tomorrow, haha

as has been said, DB bench looks crazy.

i recently took about month to do higher reps and now that i'm back to low reps i'm breaking plateus and feeling better than ever. it gave my body and mind a break and that's just what i needed to come back and kick ass...

i hope this does the same for you

Tuesday Shoulders and Triceps
Wow, was I sore today, this was not a great workout, but I got the blood flowing and hit some decent numbers. My shoulders were not too sore, it was mostly triceps.Anyways, here it is:

Military Press
135x12
155x7
135x9
Triceps were feeling it.

Upright Rows
95x10
105x8
115x10 PR

Dips
BW x 3 x 15
I wanted to add weight, but that was just not happening today!

Cable Overhead Tricep Extension
40x12
60x12
80x8
50x15
This is a cool machine at the gym, it makes it very hard to cheat. I can really feel it in throughout the entire tricep.

Lateral Raises
25s x 10
30s x 10
35s x 10 PR
This was a struggle, but grinded it out

Grip Machine
70x20
105x2x15
130x12
Just a little forearm work, it might help something.

Overall still was a good workout, I worked hard and got some work done.

Squats tomorrow!
