I really just can not decide whether to pull sumo or conventional, I think my body type would be better suited for sumo. I just do not know, I have until next friday to decide, I hope I can make my mind up by then.

I am not sure which is better for my body type, I am tall with pretty long legs. I am 6' and a pretty lean 215. I have been doing conventional forever, because I did not discover sumo deadlifts until later.

I just did a blast strap circuit! Crazy!

Push ups x 12
Inverted Row x 12
Dips x 12
Shoulder Pulls x 10
Did this 3 times, my entire upper body was pumped and I could barely finish these sets!

Thursday Back and Traps

Single arm plate loaded row
1 plate x 15
2 x 12
2 plus 25 x 10
3 x 8
2 x 15
Used good form on these and tried not to swing my body at all.

Plate Loaded Pulldown
2 plates a side x 15
3 plates x 10
4 plates x 8
3 plates x 15

Shrug
2 plates x 20
3 plates x 15
4 plates x 10, 8

Dumbbell Pullover very light
30x15
45x12
Did this just to stretch out really

That is it, took it pretty easy today and cut back on the volume. Monday will begin a new adventure for me. I will probably bench tomorrow and that will be my last ME day for a while. I will be running 5/3/1 exclusively.

Friday ME Bench Press

155x10
245x6
315x1
335x1
355x1 crushed this, much better than last week
365x M, minimal amount of help at sticking point
315x5 tied PR
245x15
Felt much better than the last couple of weeks, hopefully this is a sign of good things to come

Went home and did blast strap craziness
Pushups x 15, 15
plus 20 pounds in back pack 3 x 12 oh my goodness
BW x 25 crazy!!!! arms were shaking like mad

Close Grip Bench w/ fat gripz
135x10
205x5
255x3
280x1 might be a pr with fat gripz

Great workout tonight I felt good, I did some extra warming up before a benched, did some band work and pullovers, maybe it helped I do not know. I also worked on my deadlift set up for a few minutes and I think I figured some things out, watched some rippetoe videos and got back to basics!

thanks a lot guys, busy weekend just back from a long weekend of partying so I am wore out right now.

The blast straps are awesome, they definitely give me some soreness and it is in weird areas. Definitely works all the smaller muscles
