I've been having some lingering left wrist weakness/slight pain lately. I think it's time to try some wrist supports. Maybe even fat gripz...from the way it sounds you get more chest focus?

I am not sure if it is more chest focus, but it just feels better, like you have to keep everything in line underneath of the bar. it makes you perform bench press with very good form, its tough to explain.

I guess it is more chest focused, not sure though.

Another Note here guys: I said I was going to start 5/3/1 on November 1st, but I am thinking of starting it next week. I am really excited about this program and I just want to do it. I pretty much have every thing planned out I just need to find my approximate maxes on military press and deadlift. I am doing military tomorrow and deadlfit on wednesday. And the rest of this week is pretty much a deload. I am just really excited about this program.

I was on 5/3/1 before westside... plan on going back if i ever stall out on westside... which doesnt look like it will happen for a long time

Good luck with that bud, 3 plates is awesome.

My bench has completely stalled out at 365 and trying to max out each week and not getting any progress is just not fun. So I am switching to 5/3/1 and I am going to crush some rep PRs!

Yes, I have done 365 but not with great form, slight bounce off the chest and my butt came off the bench. Definitely not competition form. And that is where I am stuck

I also did 380 two weeks ago wearing a bench shirt for the first time, that was crazy.
