Looking good. Have fun with 5/3/1. I like it simply because its a structure that works. Of gives you time to keep hitting rep pr's for the first few months, and eventually the weights get heavier, where all you can do is the 5/3/1 prescribed reps, but at that point, its weight you wouldn't think you could even do so easily!

thanks bbg, I think I need a structured program with structured deloads. I am really bad at giving my body time to rest and I know it will catch up to me sooner or later.

Nice workout Jwood. Have you tested your sumo deadlift in a while? Just wondering when your last max was and what it was.

Thanks btb, I have not tested my sumo deadlift in a very long time. Probably almost a year, I am going to try it on Wednesday. I felt very explosive with 225 and chains. I am going to take a break from heavy squats this week and wait until I start running 5/3/1 full blown.

Here is my plan for this week, kind of a deload:

Monday: Low rep floor press, light incline press or press machine, and bicep work
Tuesday: Standing Strict Military (need to find a max for 5/3/1), then lateral raises and some tricep work
Wednesday: Sumo Deadlift ME, high rep leg press
Thursday: light back work
Friday: ME Bench Press

This is pretty much a deload, I am going to cut way back on the volume this week and allow my body some rest

Solid workout. Any wrist issues from using a fat grip on bench?

I do not have any wrist issues from using a fat grip, sometimes I think it makes my wrists feel better. It really feels great you have get under the weight and really push through it. I need to use them more. I like the feel of them.
