Some good effort here man! I would recommend though that you increase your weight/decrease your reps as you do an exercise with your heaviest set being a single or double at the end.

Good deadlift in that vid, i can see the jerk and why u did it. 1, Check your feet placement in relation to the bar before you lift, instead of worrying about your environment. 2, Do you use running shoes or shoes thats unflat? Those will get the drive off of your heals and screw up the balance and force, try going barefoot or in socks and you will notice a different.

thanks and yea i was using free runs horrible shoes for dling , and one knee was caved in thats why i repositioned at the top(the jerk)
