heres my cut plan, my bmr is 2500 so this is a 500 calorie deficit, trynna get back cut

Diet looks good Maverick. I would recommend some carbs post-workout, maybe half a banana.

Have you ever cut before? That number might be a little on the low side. At your age, you may need to eat a bit more to insure that you don't drop weight too quickly. I'm not saying this is the case...just want you to watch the scale closely.

o yea i forgot the banana post workout its a staple for me and so far 2 weeks ive lost about 2.5-3lbs and strenght has been pretty much the same. and ive never cut before thanks for the concern BtB
