Flat BB Bench Press: barx12, 135x10, 225x8, 265 2x4, 275x2, 315x1(off a saftey pad) 335x1(off a saftey pad). Going to try to hit 350 off the same pad next week 335 was a piece of cake.
Incline DB press: 80x8, 70x6, 60x6
Skullcrushers: 60 3x12 slow tempo around 3/2/1
DB Chest flies: 30 3x12 slow tempo superset with DB CGBP 3x8
Dips: 3x8 superset with DB overhead tri extension 50 3x5
Solid workout still adjusting to my new routine. I use my normal 3-5 minute rest between my powerlifts and started short 30-90 second rests for everything else and my muscles tend to fatigue quick without the rest.
