Just take it easy for a few days and see how that works out. You can walk, ride a bike or anything else which doesnt provocate the back. If the pain get way worse or keep on for at least 5 days withoud changing go see a doc. I think you will be fine after the weekend although its hard to tell withoud seeing it.

No radiation down to your leg/feet?
No problems holding your urine?
No signs of stength decrease in the lowerbody?

Well in a few days to week you may want to see a doc if its not better. Don't play games with your back.

ice and heat it. If you haven't had a off cycle for weights in a year, I would take it NOW. Short time off and heal is better than long term damage or off time.

Notes: Some back soreness but not much, think im healing up, had no trouble with the weights
