The Bulk Lab - DMAIPA
I started DC Training at 192 lbs, after 6 weeks of a blast and one cruise week I'm up to 204 lbs. Don't have a hard look to myself which i found out today.
So here it goes..time to bulk more. I realized one thing, pictures do not lie especially with a flash..damn! I don't like to post pictures of myself mainly because I'm a pretty reserved kinda guy but I figured I'm going to put myself out there so it will keep myself in check and allow me to push harder to my goal.
It probably wasn't the greatest day to take pictures of myself because I feel super bloated, but oh well! It's done. I'm looking transform myself, to look harder instead of a soft bulk.
I am going to continue with training DC, and doing some other things here and there just for the hell of it. I'm considering this log as my "BULK LAB", I'll be experimenting with things and filling you guys in as it goes.

Looking beefy Dmaipa. Best of luck hitting your goals. You have any thoughts of hitting the bodybuilding stage any time soon? You definitely have the muscle for it.

Looking massive man, dont worry about looking bloated, your bulking right? And your a strong SOB so youve got muscles underneath obviously. Just keep at it bro and im in for this log too, good luck hitting your goals!
I dont know your goals but if it was me I wouldnt bulk (training for strength might be different). Judging by the pics your bf is already pretty high. Hormone levels arent at there best at a high bf. I know cutting down goes fast but stripping too much fat costs too much muscle imo. But thats just my opinion you might have a good plan and I dont know all the ins and outs so why not.
Tuesday- PM WORKOUT
Went back in later tonight to have a second workout. I've been reading up on concentric only training/eccentric less training as a form of increasing volume while not taxing the muscle or cns. Tonight I focused more on pushes, it was quick and fast only focusing on the concentric movement. I didn't keep a log of the workout just did it. Felt good the whole time.
